About Us
About Us
We are a small but friendly photographic society initially formed in the nineteen sixties as part of the Bispham Community Centre. Originally meeting in a room at the old Tram Depot on Redbank Road (now the Sainsbury site) we moved to our present location when the new Community Centre opened in 1974.

Meeting on Thursday evening at 8.00pm we cater for all aspects of photography from beginners to the more advanced worker in both traditional film and digital imaging. Our syllabus covers internal and external competitions, projects, portfolios, studios, practical and outside events and audio visual evenings. Interspersed with these are members nights and external guest lecturers.

We are affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain through our membership of the Lancashire and Cheshire Photographic Union.

If you have an interest in photography why not come along on any Thursday evening and join our group. New members are always made very welcome.
